Our aged care membership offerings in Australia are designed to provide peace-of-mind and confidence in knowing you have someone on your side who is an expert in aged care. We offer three different types of membership tailored to support you in different ways for different needs and different circumstances.

1. Inform and Educate

This is perfect for those who perhaps don’t actively need anything just yet but want to keep informed on what might be relevant to them as their care needs evolve.  Understanding that aged care is currently undergoing much change and transformation with the new quality standards and the impending outcome from the Royal Commission, but what does it mean for you?  

You receive:

  • A monthly newsletter emailed to you (or posted if you prefer)
  • Updates on industry changes and how they affect you
  • A complimentary tailored pre-planning session when you feel the time to act is getting near
  • 10% off our service bundle fees when you do need to take that first step

2. Provider Management

This is a great service for those who have a service supplied by a provider but feel the need to keep a closer eye on things.  We can advocate for you and ensure that your rights are being respected.  This is great peace-of-mind if your loved one has a cognitive impairment and you aren’t close by to keep tabs on what is happening, or not happening.

You get:

  • A monthly newsletter emailed to you (or posted if you prefer)
  • Updates on industry changes and how they affect you
  • A bi-monthly (every 2nd month) visit to check that your budget and care plan are correct and changes made as appropriate.
  • Advocacy with your provider if you are concerned you are not being heard or getting what you need.

3. People Management

This is the service that you might need if you have decided to self-manage your home care team.  We tailor this to be quite specific to what you need help with, ensuring you are only paying for what you need and want. 

We are able to provide expertise and assistance in the following areas:

  • Recruitment
  • Training and competency assessment
  • Performance management
  • Payroll and associated functions
  • Insurance

You will also receive:

  • A monthly newsletter emailed to you (or posted if you prefer)
  • Updates on industry changes and how they affect you
  • A bi-monthly (every 2nd month) visit to check that your budget and care plan are correct and changes made as appropriate.
